I went to Dr. Lavoie Bird in a lot of pain and absolutely terrified, because of an ingrown toenail. She took the time to listen, explain the options I have and what the procedure will be. Besides the freezing injection in my toe, I did not feel a thing! Even that was not as painful as expected.
