Feeling
Better
A
foot, like our body as a whole, is comprised of many intricate
internal and external components. These components are meant
to work in harmony. If anything throws off that
harmony a common result is almost sure to happen... PAIN!
At Centenary Foot Clinic we specialize in providing both
reactive and preventative solutions to get your
feet back to being pain free and to help keep them that way.
Remember, better feeling feet can lead to a better
feeling body!

We all know the importance of
stretching. It's the thing to do before taking on any sports
related activity. However stretching should go beyond the
sports field or gym. A regular at home routine of proper stretching
can pay dividends in helping to keep our body's pain free
especially as we get older. Are you new to stretching and

Recreational sports
participants please note: Although it's wise to do some
basic stretching before participating in a physical activity
the bulk of your stretching should take place AFTER you've completed
that activity. Also, be sure to keep warm during breaks in
the action. This maintains proper blood flow which helps
avoid muscle and tendon related injuries when you resume
play.
